Dexasone may be used as a supportive therapy in inflammatory conditions such as arthritic conditions, snake bites, acute mastitis, shipping fever, pneumonia, laminitis and retained placenta.The dosage of Dexasone required can be lower than that of prednisone and prednisolone.
