Dopram V (Doxapram hydrochloride) is a potent respiratory stimulant. Dopram is unique in its ability to stimulate respiration at dosages considerably below those required to evoke cerebral cortical stimulation. In non-anesthetized animals the dose required to produce convulsions is some 70 to 75 times the dose required to produce respiratory stimulation. In anesthetized subjects, Dopram also exerts a marked arousal effect. Thus, by promoting the restoration of normal ventilation and producing early arousal following general anesthesia, Dopram minimizes or prevents the undesirable effects of post-anesthetic respiratory depression or hypoventilation and hastens recovery.
Dopram V is in essence Doxapram chloridrate, a powerful respiratory stimulant.
When administered intravenously, dopram stimulates an increase in tidal volume and respiratory rate.
It´s use as a stimulant has been extended to the competitive field, mainly in the Middle East, on camels and Horses.
Dopram V stimulates chemoreceptors in the carotid artery, which stimulate the respiratory centers in the brainstem.
the speed of reaction and the capacity of strength in races, is incredibly empowered.
The excess power of this product must be controlled after being used in the race, products must be administered to lower the pulsations and control the bloodstream.
